Background
I'm Winston Bandong, an AI engineer and data scientist with over 10 years of experience building systems that turn raw data into real business outcomes. My work spans the full stack of applied AI: fine-tuning small language models, designing multi-agent architectures, building fraud-detection pipelines, and shipping production applications end to end.
Most recently I've been building AI-powered platforms that orchestrate across multiple model providers, handle real-time collaboration, and support multimodal input — alongside on-device inference work that makes sub-3B parameter models punch well above their weight.
